Privacy Policy

Drive Media ("Drive Media", "we", "us") is a marketing agency based in San Diego, California, and operates this website. This policy explains what information the site collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. Questions? Email info@socalvc.com or call 858-331-0212.

Information we collect

• Start form and booking flow. When you submit your name, email, phone number, business details or anything else through the start form or the booking flow, we collect what you submit so we can respond to your inquiry and arrange your strategy call.
• Communications. If we work together, we keep records of our conversations, proposals and invoices so the relationship has a paper trail.
• Technical data. Like most websites, basic visit information (pages viewed, browser, device) may be collected through analytics tools to understand what is working on the site.

How we use it

• To respond to inquiries and schedule calls.
• To prepare proposals, deliver services, and bill for work.
• To send occasional updates about the work. Never sold, never rented.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the business (for example email, scheduling, and payment processors such as Stripe), and only as needed for them to perform their function.

Cookies and analytics

The site may use cookies and analytics to measure traffic and improve the content. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

Retention

Inquiry details are kept as long as needed to respond, and then removed unless we start working together. Client records are kept as long as required by tax and accounting rules.

Your rights

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask us to correct or delete it. Email info@socalvc.com and we will respond promptly.

Children

This site is intended for business owners and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date above will change with it.
